Rapid growth at GitHub post-merger with Microsoft called for outside recruitment support in Pre-Sales. GitHub’s unique hiring needs included specific technical requirements and adherence to their D&I policy.
Our approach
We were already working with GitHub pre-Microsoft acquisition, so our embedded talent strategist and team moved into the Global GitHub TA team. We used market mapping and search alongside our diversity sourcing protocol and standard sourcing processes. We also defined an interview process bespoke to each role, enabling full assessment of candidates – culturally, as well as for technical and soft skills.
